The Misconceptions Of “Weight Loss”…

The biggest misconception about “Weight Loss” is changing your “diet” will help you rid yourself forever of the unwanted pounds…   Take it from someone who has tried numerous meal plans and diets, this is not 100% the truth….  Your struggle with weight isn’t because of what you’re feeding your body entirely, but most importantly what you’re feeding your mind…   Weight loss is a “life” change, not a “size” change (Naked, John Patrick Adams)… You can change your eating all you want, but if you fail to change your thinking, every pound will find it’s way right back to you…   So let me ask you this, HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT???  Do you want it bad enough that you’re willing to get to the core of why you overeat and binge???  Do you want it bad enough that you’re willing to walk away from the things in which no longer fit in your life???  Do you want it bad enough that you’re willing to give up what you want for what you need???
